1974-1987 Responsible for general neurosurgical care of patients on the combined services of the New England Medical Center Hospitals, with an emphasis on neurosurgery for stroke and other cerebrovascular disorders, and on the neurosurgery of infants and children
1988- Responsible for the clinical neurosurgical care of children hospitalized at the Children's Hospital, the direction of the clinical service and the Pediatric Neurosurgical Fellowship
